DVS will write a Confidential Information Memoramdum containing appropriate information for prospective buyers to learn about the company. This is so you don’t have to repeat every detail from square 1 to each individual buyer.
We will proactively contact certain targeted buyers with your approval as well as post the opportunity, where appropriate, to sites like Axial.net.
Generally involves several rounds of fine-tuning the terms of the deal, e.g. seller financing, working capital, transitional post-closing assistance, etc.
DVS works with the buyer’s team to coordinate efforts for legal, financial, and operational due diligence.
In parallel with due diligence, the final purchase documents will be written and address all details of the transaction.
