The Deal:
IFB Solutions, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating employment opportunities for individuals who are blind or visually impaired, engaged The DVS Group to identify an acquisition that could generate both meaningful jobs and sustainable revenue from private sector customers. Pinnacle Mercantile was identified as an ideal fit, offering a diverse portfolio of made-in-the-USA products along with manufacturing and value-added assembly capabilities.

The acquisition strengthens IFB’s presence in eCommerce, particularly on Amazon, while aligning with its mission-driven objectives. The transaction is expected to create up to 10 full-time jobs prior to additional growth initiatives. The seller will remain involved for at least 18 months post-closing to support a smooth transition and contribute to product development and future expansion of the Pinnacle Mercantile brand.
