The Deal:
Nivel Parts & Manufacturing Co LLC acquired Side By Side Stuff, a leading aftermarket parts and accessories provider for the UTV retail market, in a transaction that aligns with Nivel’s broader strategy of expanding its specialty vehicle platform. The acquisition combines Nivel’s extensive distribution capabilities with Side By Side Stuff’s strong brand presence and dedicated customer base among UTV enthusiasts. The transaction also includes Side By Side Stuff’s subsidiary, Octane Ridge, further strengthening Nivel’s position in one of the fastest-growing segments of the market. Following the acquisition, both Side By Side Stuff and Octane Ridge will continue to operate as independent subsidiaries within Nivel’s Specialty Vehicles division, with founder Scott Harper remaining in a leadership role to guide future growth.
