Mr. Ed Osborn, a highly experienced executive with a track record of successfully restructuring and turning around companies, sought to acquire a larger business with strong growth potential that would require an additional capital partner. The DVS Group identified GT Exhaust as an attractive opportunity and successfully secured a Letter of Intent on behalf of their client.
The DVS Group also introduced several potential investment partners across the mezzanine and equity markets and assisted in structuring and negotiating a new partnership. The transaction was completed efficiently, with the acquisition closing within 45 days.
