Through an extensive search process that generated over 80 proprietary opportunities across multiple states, The DVS Group ultimately facilitated the acquisitions of InStore Design & Display and Clear Impact Acrylics. The transaction involved a complex ownership structure with six individuals holding overlapping interests across two companies, multiple operating locations, and a mix of owned and leased real estate. The DVS Group structured and executed a transaction that incorporated SBA and conventional financing, implemented an effective management transition, and consolidated entities to position the business for long-term success.
