The DVS Group facilitated the transaction, which closed on March 19, 2018, with BaeTea’s management team remaining in place to continue operations and support future growth within NWNB’s portfolio. The acquisition aligned with NWNB’s broader strategy to expand its presence in the natural and organic personal care space through additional acquisitions.
