Kevin Lindsey is the Founder and Managing Partner of The DVS Group. Kevin’s expertise is in guiding complicated transactions for The DVS Group. He leads the former C-suite level executive buyers through their acquisition processes.
Kevin is an expert in Entrepreneurship and Business Acquisition subject matter. He has guided well over 100 transactions to a successful close in the 10+ years since founding The DVS Group. Kevin is an active member and presenter in Vistage, a world-wide organization of successful CEOs, executives and business owners participating in private peer advisory groups. He has taught multiple classes for professional associations such as the International Business Brokers Association, Business Enterprise Institute and the Kansas CPA Society. Kevin also conducts Exit Planning Workshops throughout the country for business owners through regional banks and wealth advisor groups.
Kevin is a classic serial entrepreneur who invented and holds the patent on the Firefly Safety Lighter – a device that safely ignites fireworks without using flames or fuel. As an inventor, Kevin has experience in development, overseas manufacturing, raising private capital, licensing and marketing.
A University of Missouri graduate with a degree in Food Science, Kevin has worked at RJ Reynolds, M&M Mars as a food scientist and as a private wealth advisor at Merrill Lynch, AXA Advisors, BMA and Berthel Fisher.
