The Deal:
Cimarron Infrastructure Group engaged The DVS Group to assist in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring target companies aligned with its focus on the energy, natural resource, and agribusiness sectors. Together, the teams developed an initial target list, after which The DVS Group conducted an active outreach process. Following initial engagement with ABC Nitrogen, the parties were able to quickly negotiate a mutually beneficial transaction. The DVS Group also supported Cimarron Infrastructure Group in sourcing capital partners to strengthen its investor base, and the transaction was successfully completed on schedule at the end of 2012.
