The owner of Atlas Labels & Packaging engaged The DVS Group to assist with the sale of the business, which serves over 500 craft brewers, wineries, distilleries, and specialty food and beverage producers nationwide. The DVS Group facilitated an introduction to a St. Louis-based holding company, ALP Holdings, which ultimately acquired the business. While the seller, an attorney, managed many aspects of the transaction independently, The DVS Group provided advisory support throughout due diligence and negotiations, helping align both parties’ objectives and guide the process to a successful close.
