The Deal:
The DVS Group initially worked with Patriot Outfitters on a refinancing transaction in 2012 and, as the relationship developed, began assisting the owners in preparing for a sale. After conducting a process that engaged multiple potential buyers, Galls emerged as the best strategic fit given its strong market position and reputation in the industry. Backed by private equity, Galls conducted a thorough due diligence process, during which Patriot consistently met all key criteria. The transaction successfully closed on September 12, 2017.
