The Deal:
Sandy, Inc., a manufacturer of retail and point-of-purchase displays and trade show exhibits, had undergone a management buyout approximately twenty-four months prior to being identified by The DVS Group as a target acquisition for its clients. The current manager/owner ultimately determined that ownership was not the right fit and became open to a transition.

The DVS Group represented Mr. Craig Mahurin and Mr. Skip Jackson, both experienced operators with complementary backgrounds in business ownership, manufacturing, finance, and corporate leadership. The DVS Group successfully negotiated the transaction, sourced financing, and facilitated the closing within forty-five days of signing the Letter of Intent.
