Vincent joined the DVS Group in 2025 and is an analyst covering buy-side & sell-side engagements, where he enjoys valuing businesses and helping business owners execute on their vision. Before joining the DVS group, Vincent worked as an associate in Corporate & Institutional Banking at PNC, covering companies with $5MM to $10Bn+ in revenue, across the Northeast and Texas Markets.

Vincent graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor’s, majoring in Finance and minoring in Business Analytics. Vincent is a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional and is currently a CFA Level 2 candidate for the November 2025 exam.

Vincent is originally from the PA/NJ area, from a large Italian/Irish household. Vincent enjoys researching and investing in equities in his personal time. In addition, Vincent likes to stay involved in the community through his local Catholic Church, gym, outdoor adventures, and trying out restaurants in the area.
