Vincent is an Analyst working on both buy-side and sell-side engagements. Vincent supports execution in targets & prospects outreach, valuation, financial analysis, deal structuring, and drives post-LOI-to-closing due diligence. 

Prior to joining DVS Group, Vincent worked as an Associate in Corporate & Institutional Banking at PNC Bank, where he was client facing with C-Suite executives at publicly traded Fortune 500 companies as well as privately held businesses across the Northeast and Texas markets.

Vincent earned his Bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University, majoring in Finance with a minor in Business Analytics. He is a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP) and has passed the CFA Level I exam. 

Originally from the Pennsylvania/New Jersey area, Vincent grew up in a large Italian and Irish family. Outside of work, he enjoys researching and investing in equities, staying active through fitness and outdoor activities, going to concerts, traveling to different countries, and exploring local restaurants. He is also involved in his community through his local Catholic church, Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
