The DVS Group proactively approached the company on behalf of Mr. Bart and successfully structured a transaction that aligned the objectives of both buyer and seller. The DVS Group also sourced financing to support the acquisition. The creative deal structure provided Mr. Bart with the cash flow necessary to grow the company both organically and through additional acquisitions within eighteen months following the transaction.
