The Deal:
Patriot Outfitters, a supplier of tactical gear and equipment established in 1999, experienced significant growth, expanding from a single website to nineteen retail locations and two web portals. The DVS Group assisted the company in refinancing $1.285 million of term debt into a 10-year SBA-guaranteed note with United Bank of Kansas. The new financing relationship also provided access to additional growth capital to support the company’s planned expansion of product lines and retail locations.
