Rick joined the DVS Group in 2024 following a successful exit from his wholesale insurance business. As a founder himself, with a decade of experience as an owner operator, Rick brings a unique perspective to the deal-making process. Rick enjoys understanding what drives business owners’ desires and helping develop solutions that align with executives’ goals. Rick spends most of his time at DVS leading the team, developing processes, streamlining systems, and creating relationships with prospective clients in the community.

Rick has 25 years of military experience and served as a Special Forces Officer (Green Berets). Since entering the private sector, he has also served as a strategic advisor to a Fortune 500 technology executive, supporting initiatives related to talent strategy, organizational culture, and enterprise-wide operational priorities.

In his free time, Rick enjoys meeting and connecting with others. Rick loves spending time with his wife and 4 children. Rick places faith at the center of his life and is grateful for the opportunity to help others when the opportunity presents itself.
